How do I return a product?

FormulaePrescott only accepts returns from FormulaePrescott.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

All gifts included with orders must be returned with the orders for a refund. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. To return items please email hello@FormulaePrescott.com.com and we will provide a return address. Any product or products purchased with a 20% or more discount is considered a final sale and non returnable. Please ensure you include your name and order number with the return and email us proof of postage when you return your product. On receipt in a resaleable condition a refund will be issued.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will do our best if you let us know immediately. However, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
