Our delivery process
As soon as you place your order, you will be sent an email informing you that your email order has been received and is being processed.
Orders received Monday to Friday after 10am (EST time) may be not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders received after 10am (EST time) Friday may not be dispatched until Monday
You will be sent another email when your order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been placed the automation of dispatch does mean that delivery addresses can not be amended and so please ensure the correct delivery address is entered at point of order.
Please note we accept no liability for loss of items where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you give authority to the delivery company to leave items on a doorstep or in unlocked location.

Free shipping on all orders over $100
DURING SUMMER MONTHS In order to ensure the best possible quality of the shipment of your Tri-Balm products during the extended heat waves we are experiencing in North America, we have implemented a special cool pack shipping procedure with expedited delivery for all Tri-Balm sticks delivered in North America. The standard shipping charge for this service is $27 and will apply to the shipment of any Tri-Balm stick products where the order is less than $100. It is vitally important to us that you receive the type of quality that you have come to expect from us in the use of our products. This surcharge does not apply to Tri-Balm jar products or any other products offered for sale online. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued business.
$8 shipping fee charged for orders less than $100 not containing Tri-Balm Sticks.
Your order should be with you in 4-6 business days.
USA Express Shipping available (2-3 days), price at check out
Please note that Express orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped until the next working day.
International Orders
We ship to many countries and shipping prices are available at checkout.
