How do I return a product?

Frances Prescott only accepts returns from If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

All gifts included with orders must be returned with the orders for a refund. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. To return items please email and we will provide a return address. Any product or products purchased with a 20% or more discount is considered a final sale and non returnable. Please ensure you include your name and order number with the return and email us proof of postage when you return your product. On receipt in a resaleable condition a refund will be issued.


If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will do our best if you let us know immediately. However, once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We want you to love our products, and we know that loving takes time! We’re confident you’ll fall for them if you have the chance, so we’re removing the risk of trial by offering a 30-day money-back guarantee to first-time customers of Please note that this offer is only open to first-time customers of, and is not open to returning customers, even if these customers are purchasing a product they have not previously purchased. To redeem this offer and receive your refund, you must email us at within 30 days of receipt with your order number, verification of receipt, and the name of the product you would like to be refunded for. Please pack and ship the unused portion of the product back to us, and email us with proof of postage. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
